1Use your head
This is a roleplaying city. Maintain character at all times. If there is an issue, open a ticket after the scene is over — not during.
Do not be a jerk. Use your brain and act like you would in real life.
Conduct
This is a high-quality roleplay city. Stay in character, use your head, and treat scenes like real life. Staff have final say — use appeals / tickets if you disagree.
This is a roleplaying city. Maintain character at all times. If there is an issue, open a ticket after the scene is over — not during.
Do not be a jerk. Use your brain and act like you would in real life.
Names must be realistic: first and last name. No slurs, celebrity names, or joke names (e.g. Ben Dover, John Doe, I AM LEGEND, Leo King).
A working microphone is required. Enable Push to Talk in voice settings.
Hot mic (leaving your mic open so others hear background noise) is not allowed — use Push to Talk.
Fail RP is not roleplaying realistically: breaking character after being shot, talking OOC mid-scene, jumping off a three-story building and running away, being revived and ignoring injuries, being tased repeatedly with no effect, etc.
Treat your character as if you are them. Do what you would do in real life.
Players cannot utilize a police vest or uniform from a clothing store or skin shop.
NVL means treating situations and your character’s life like there’s only one life to live — e.g. on foot against armed gang members who tell you to put your hands up, or jumping from fatal heights just to escape. Vehicles can drive off from a robbery like in real life when it makes sense.
Vehicular Death Match is running people over to mass-kill with no RP. Do not treat this like a GTA public lobby.
Vehicles as weapons need depth RP behind them — not “I hate you, I’m running you over right now.”
Random Death Match is shooting someone with no legitimate RP reason.
No initiation RP is not acceptable. Before you shoot, react, or act against another player, you must initiate (talk, confront, interact first).
Don’t do lazy RP: shooting a cop at a traffic stop for nothing, shooting a civilian because they tapped your car, etc. This is not Call of Duty. Take a break if you’re tilting.
Do not do burnouts, revving, or drive-bys past active PD scenes just to get attention.
Donator cars are not allowed as getaway vehicles in robberies, or to switch into mid-chase to win a scene.
Do not use them for criminal advantage: hostages, gang wars, drug selling, initiating on PD, or similar crime RP.
No criminal activity may be initiated in safe zones. If a scene started outside a safe zone, safe-zone rules do not apply to finishing that scene.
No camping outside a safe zone waiting to kidnap or rob people as they leave.
Push to Talk only.
Voice changers are allowed but must not be abused — no unrealistic voices.
No combat logging, force closing, or F8 quit during active scenes. Plan time for scenes; don’t rush others because you need to leave.
Use #notify-head-pop to notify parties what happened and return to the scene when you can.
Using out-of-character info for advantage is meta and ban-worthy: Twitch, Discord/WhatsApp calls, Discord screen-share, constantly checking F10, etc.
Use in-city devices (phone, radio, etc.) to communicate.
Do not use citizen chat for IC questions — find things out through RP.
No third-party software that gives advantage: crosshairs, auto-miners, Discord comms while in city when banned as OOC advantage, tracers, aim bots, unfair graphic packs, etc.
Knowing someone cheats and not reporting it can make you responsible too.
Changing/adding files for tactical advantage = unappealable ban.
Using bugs/glitches for IC advantage is prohibited and can be permanent. Report bugs immediately; don’t share them.
Examples: money glitches, infinite loops, client dumping, falling through the map for a free getaway. If you fall through in a chase, return and restart the chase.
Don’t take stuff personally — it’s a game.
Unsolicited OOC DMs / contact can be bannable.
Toxicity and attacks OOC are taken seriously.
Racism, homophobia, rape RP, bestiality, forced ERP, public ERP, suicide RP, and similar are not allowed. Consensual ERP only if both agree and it stays private (not in public).
Make a ticket instead of OOC chat in the city. OOC chatter in city is bannable.
Do not use Discord to contact whitelist jobs to join and help you in-city.
You may identify by face, clothes, hair, beard, masks, hats, tattoos, features, etc.
You cannot identify someone by voice alone.
Criminals who never change outfits, cars, or habits can still be singled out by those habits.
Continuously harassing a player across multiple scenes in a row is not allowed. No camping / posting up waiting for people (lazy RP).
Don’t RP as the default bald fly-in character. Customize your look.
If you spawn default and can’t customize, ticket or go to hospital plastic surgery ASAP. Clothing stores and barbers are free for customization.
Don’t stay clocked on a whitelist job while away from the business for more than ~10 minutes just to farm paycheck.
These whitelist jobs cannot be held at the same time on one character: Police, EMS, Mechanic, Car Dealer, Axon. Other jobs may be secondary.
Corrupt PD/EMS/lawyers are allowed to a limited extent. Abusing armory/stash for profit or distributing guns/drugs = fine/jail; abuse can escalate to worse punishments.
Abusing whitelist perks (e.g. mechanic stealing parts) is banned.
Abusing mechanics to force an outcome: never giving up when tackled, ignoring taser effects, talking on radio while cuffed/zip-tied, abusing door locks, etc.
Do not use certain helmets to take less damage — that is powergaming and can be temp/perma.
Repeatedly ramming a player’s car just to start conflict is low-effort and may count as VDM.
In city areas fly above the tallest building (e.g. Maze Bank).
Out of city (Sandy/Paleto) keep realistic height and land in designated spots or clear safe areas. Don’t land in the middle of a road unless PD/EMS with a flare down.
If someone else plays on your account, you own their actions. Account sharing is strongly discouraged.
Shared PC users needing another character slot must notify staff so both parties can be spoken to.
Don’t advertise illegal drugs/goods/crime on Twitter just to look like a big shot. You wouldn’t IRL.
Don’t get attached to money and items — you can lose them. Carrying everything on you is a risk.
Drive like you value your life and your vehicle. No random fatal jumps or 200 km/h city chaos.
After accidents, RP injuries and check the other party. Applies to PD too.
Do not ocean-dump vehicles in chases for a free getaway — poor RP.
Bodycam / recordings are for tickets only. Do not mention them IC unless there’s an in-server way to view them.
30-minute cooldown for any heist type after fail, scuff, losing cops, or leaving jail.
Don’t coordinate free getaways with another crew on purpose. Coincidence is fine; patterns get action.
Flex G for assistance and be patient — EMS may be busy.
Do not move bodies of people who flexed G (EMS already notified). If you confirm G was not pressed, you may move them.
If EMS says injuries are critical / hospital required, you may not decline.
EMS is not 24/7 — value your life accordingly.
Besides gang wars: only after 20 minutes post-tsunami, and not within 30 minutes before tsunami / loadshedding.
No drug runs, gun runs, robberies, or illegal activity timed around tsunami to cut scenes short.
Do not return to or linger at finished crime scenes after being downed.
Cops may return only if the scene is still active and calls are still coming in.
Don’t sit with a hostage waiting out a robbery cooldown. If 5+ minutes remain, leave and release the hostage.
You cannot ask a friend to be your hostage — kidnap properly through RP.
Max 2 demands per robbery (1 hostage = 1 demand). Keep demands realistic. More than 2 hostages still max 2 demands.
No taking EMS hostage or harming them. Other jobs are fair game, but no baiting a callout (e.g. mechanic for repair) just to hostage them.
Sufficient RP and interaction both ways.
Don’t hack and dip — wait at least 15 minutes for PD (except boosting).
No pocket wiping — only illegal items and weapons.
Keep chases fun and realistic. Jumps under ~5 stories / 15m. No severe crash-outs as a tactic.
Realistic heist vehicles — no hypercars, supercars, superbikes, or very high-end cars in heists/chases (unless a heist type explicitly allows S-class).
Crims vs PD target ratio is 1:2 (max 2 PD per criminal on scene). Can be fewer PD, not more.
Special PD units = helicopter or H1 (S-class high speed) / H2 (A-class high speed).
S-class getaways only where listed below. You cannot demand “no special units” on heists that allocate them.
Limits are subject to change by staff.
Donations for cars/custom houses keep the server running — not personal profit. Donating is never required (free to play).
Leaving or getting banned = lose vehicles/houses with no refund. Returning to reclaim them will be declined.
Cars may be rebalanced (speed/armor/handling) by admins/devs — no arguing.
No selling donator cars for in-game currency (includes swaps). Caught = cars removed, no refund.
You cannot give people donator cars/houses. Caught = permanent deletion.
Military / weaponized vehicles are not to be used. Weapon mods must not be equipped by you or a mechanic if the vehicle didn’t ship with them.
No robbing random dead people with no RP. You may loot someone who died in a scene with you, following Rule 33.
Gangs: if all PD are downed and you rob them, do it before they are brought up. Robbing PD is frowned on and not necessary.
PD may cuff a downed person to disarm them. Don’t resist cuffs while downed — exploiting.
PD/EMS vehicles are off-limits unless hired in those jobs — except when it’s the only realistic escape; ditch it after.
Looting emergency vehicles: only weapons, illegal contraband, and kevlar. No med supplies or other gear.
First stage: you remember how you were downed. If removed to hospital, you forget how you died, who killed you, and recent events. You cannot refuse critical care when deemed necessary.
Second stage: you forget how you died, who killed you, and recent events. Not perma-death / not a full wipe.
Moving bodies so someone “forgets” without sufficient RP is powergaming.
Second characters cannot know/be related to your other character. Mentioning the other = risk losing a slot.
No sharing info, cars, items, houses, or using mules to transfer between characters.
If one character holds a crucial role (owner, boss, OIC, etc.), be more active on that character. Both cannot hold crucial jobs.
Second character must be in a different field (not same gang/job type).
Use city language instead of game/Discord slang when speaking IC.
